Buydiz EURL is a registered Algerian company that operates a digital marketplace ("the Platform") connecting independent buyers, sellers, and delivery partners.
You can use the Buydiz mobile app or website to buy, sell, advertise, and deliver products securely within Algeria.
In simple terms: Buydiz provides the space and tools — you handle your own transactions, while Buydiz keeps everything secure and fair.
By creating an account or using the Platform, you automatically agree to these Terms of Service and the laws of Algeria, especially:
Meaning: You're entering a legal contract with Buydiz EURL. If you don't agree, please don't use the Platform.
EURL Buydiz provides the digital environment, secure payment processing, and customer support. Buydiz does not own the goods listed on the Platform.
If something goes wrong with a purchase, you can open a dispute through the Buydiz app. Refund requests of the advance payment are reviewed and processed within (24) hours after approval, as required by Articles 21 and 33 of Law 09-03 on Consumer Protection.
EURL Buydiz follows Law 18-07 on Data Protection. Your personal data is used only for legitimate purposes such as payment processing, fraud prevention, and service improvement. You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time.

1.1 "EURL Buydiz" means the limited liability company registered in Bois des cars 01 villa N 63 Dely ibrahim, Algiers, Algeria operating the digital marketplace known as Buydiz.
1.2 "The Platform" refers to the Buydiz mobile application and web portal used for online commerce.
1.3 "User" includes both Buyers and Sellers registered on the Platform.
1.4 "Buyer" means any user purchasing goods or services through Buydiz.
1.5 "Seller" means any user listing goods or services for sale through Buydiz.
1.6 "Delivery Partner" means any authorized third party providing logistics or delivery services.
Explanation: These terms identify who is involved and what each role means within the Buydiz ecosystem.
2.1 By registering an account or using the Platform, each User agrees to be legally bound by these Terms and by Algerian legislation on electronic commerce (Law 18-05 Article 5).
2.2 Users under 18 years of age must obtain consent from a parent or guardian before using the Platform.
2.3 If a User disagrees with any part of these Terms, they must stop using the Platform immediately.
3.1 Users shall provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration.
3.2 Sellers must complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification under Article 12 of Law 18-05 by submitting valid identification and business documentation.
3.3 EURL Buydiz reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account containing false or misleading information.
4.1 The Platform provides digital tools for listing, purchasing, promoting, and delivering goods or services.
4.2 EURL Buydiz acts solely as an intermediary providing infrastructure; it does not own or manufacture listed goods.
4.3 Users must not use the Platform for unlawful purposes as defined in Article 8 of Law 18-05.
5.1 Sellers must ensure all listed goods or services comply with Algerian law.
5.2 Sellers must display full prices in DZD inclusive of all applicable taxes (Law 09-03 Article 13).
5.3 Orders must be fulfilled promptly, with accurate shipment details provided to Buyers.
5.4 Sellers authorize EURL Buydiz to deduct commissions automatically prior to disbursement.
5.5 Sellers must respond to Buyer inquiries and dispute notifications in good faith.

6.1 Buyers shall provide accurate contact and delivery information.
6.2 All payments must be made exclusively through Buydiz's secure payment system (Law 18-05 Article 22).
6.3 Buyers must check goods upon receipt and report issues within a reasonable period (Law 09-03 Article 21).
7.1 All transactions are processed in Algerian Dinars (DZD) via Buydiz's integrated payment gateway.
7.2 EURL Buydiz charges a commission on each completed sale; the rate is displayed in the Seller's dashboard.
7.3 Payments may be held temporarily for verification or anti-fraud review under Article 12 of Law 18-05.
8.1 All orders placed on the Buydiz Platform require an advance payment of Three Hundred Algerian Dinars (300 DZD) per order. This advance payment forms an integral part of the total product price and is not an additional fee.
8.2 The remaining balance of the product price, after deducting the 300 DZD advance payment, shall be paid by the Buyer in cash upon delivery (Cash on Delivery — COD) to the authorized delivery partner.
8.3 By confirming an order, the Buyer expressly agrees that:

A. Refunds are governed by Articles 21 and 33 of Law 09-03 on Consumer Protection.
B. Buyers may request a refund through the Platform within the legally permitted timeframe.
C. Once approved, refunds are processed within (24) hours.
D. Refunds are issued to the Buyer's original payment method or Buydiz wallet balance.
9.1 If an order is returned with a valid and approved reason (including but not limited to incorrect item, damaged product, or seller error):

9.3 Return delivery fees vary depending on the delivery partner's return pricing, which is determined by the delivery company used for the order.
Once an order status is marked as "Delivered":
10.1 EURL Buydiz cooperates with independent Delivery Partners who comply with Algerian transport and consumer-protection standards.
10.2 Buydiz acts solely as an intermediary platform and is not responsible for the goods sold, their quality, or any issues related to them. Buydiz is not a delivery company and bears no responsibility for disputes, delays, damages, or problems between the Seller and the delivery company or between the Buyer and the delivery company. All such matters must be resolved directly between the concerned parties, except where required by applicable law, but will facilitate dispute resolution in accordance with Article 33 of Law 09-03.
11.1 EURL Buydiz may offer paid advertising and promotional programs to Sellers.
11.2 Promotional content must be accurate and compliant with national advertising standards (Law 18-05 Article 22).
11.3 Buydiz reserves the right to remove or modify any misleading or prohibited advertisement.

Cookies and Other Identifiers

13.3 Users may access, correct, or request deletion of their personal data (Articles 10 and 18 of Law 18-07).
14.1 EURL Buydiz provides the Platform "as is" and makes no warranties of uninterrupted service.
14.2 To the extent permitted by Algerian law, Buydiz's total liability shall not exceed the amount of commission earned on the disputed transaction.
15.1 EURL Buydiz may suspend or terminate accounts violating these Terms or applicable laws.
15.2 Users may close their accounts at any time after settling all pending transactions.
16.1 Disputes shall first be addressed through Buydiz's internal resolution system.
16.2 If unresolved, disputes are governed by Algerian law and fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Algiers.
17.1 Official communications must be sent to support@buydiz.dz or through in-app support.
17.2 EURL Buydiz may contact Users using the information provided in their accounts.
18.1 EURL Buydiz may amend these Terms at any time under Article 22 of Law 18-05.
18.2 Updated Terms become effective upon publication on the Platform.
18.3 Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
By using the Buydiz Platform, the User acknowledges reading, understanding, and agreeing to these Terms and Conditions of Service.
